Shipping policy
Shipping and Delivery:
Home Field Supply Co ships within the United States only. Every order goes out from our US warehouse.
Shipping rates:
- Orders under $100: a flat shipping fee of $14.95 USD.
- Orders of $100 or more: shipping is free.
Orders are processed within 0-2 business days, meaning your items will be picked, packed, and prepared for shipment during that time. Once processed, delivery takes approximately 3-6 business days, depending on your location. We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.
We do deliver to Alaska, Hawaii and other non-contiguous US destinations at the same rates, but please allow longer than 3-6 business days for transit to those addresses.
Please note that our order cutoff time is 4 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us via email within 5 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be processed and we may not be able to cancel it.
Damages and Issues:
We ask that you inspect your order upon receiving it. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with proof, and we’ll gladly send a replacement. Please note, we do not offer refunds for items damaged through improper use.
