How does the sixty night guarantee work?
Use the system the way the card says, take a photograph on day one and another on day sixty. If it is not what you hoped for, email us inside sixty nights and we refund you in full.
How long before I see the tone change?
The softer, fuller look is there from the first use. The tone underneath is slower and moves over weeks, which is exactly why the guarantee runs for sixty nights rather than thirty.
Is it tinted?
No. There is no colorant in it of any kind. It dries down clear and leaves nothing on a mug, a pillowcase or anybody's cheek.
Will it work if my lips have always been dark?
Lips that have always been deeper take longer than lips darkened by a habit or a product, so use the full sixty nights and keep your photographs. The goal is even, edge to edge, in your own color.
Where is my order?
Orders ship within one business day and you get tracking by email as soon as the label is made. If the tracking has not moved, send us the order number and we will chase it.
